The Parkway is our most historic building. Stately and classic, it features high ceilings and lots of character, including some greats views of downtown St. Louis and Forest Park. Located near the corner of Laclede and Kingshighway, it offers excellent access to everything the beautiful Central West End neighborhood has to offer.

All units include a stove, frost-free refrigerator, carpet, mini-blinds, a ceiling fan and track lighting. The building itself includes an entry system and laundry facilities.

As you can see, some units feature a variety of beautiful historic items — from sinks to doorknobs to lamp fixtures. At an additional charge, you can get surface parking and cable TV.

Neighborhood
Neighborhood amenities include a wonderful variety of restaurants featuring cuisine from all over the world. There are also a few fast food joints for those of you who are always in a rush. Reknowned Forest Park is practically across the street.

This incredible city feature includes the St. Louis Zoo, the St. Louis Art Museum, the History Museum, the St. Louis Science Center and the Muny Opera. It also has miles of jogging and bicycle paths, several golf courses, an ice skating rink, lakes and, of course, a lot of big, green trees.
